No, Southern Plant Hire is an agency and supplies both the machine and the operator.

2. What are your payment options?

  • For account customers we offer

    • Direct Deposit
    • Credit Card, either MasterCard or Visa. Sorry we do not accept Amex
    • Cheque

  • For non-account customer we offer

    • Credit Card, either MasterCard or Visa. Sorry we do not accept Amex
    • We can accept direct deposit but please keep in mind we will be unable to supply until the payment reaches our account

3. How much notice do I need to give?

Generally we only require one to two days’ notice, but please get your order is as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

4. Do you offer free onsite advice.

Yes we can arrange for a site visit to advice the best machine for your job.

5. What if I need to cancel?

Ring us soon as your circumstances change. We can be contacted 24/7 on our office number.

6. Are your operators experienced?

All operators that work through Southern have been assessed for their skill and OH&S compliance, so you can be sure they are some of the most experience operators in the industry.
